Trommels

They are essentially built around a metal frame set around a central shaft or rollers. The rotative screens are made usually by a perforated plate or plates. The material to be screened is introduced in the screen from on end of the trommel is going to get mixed and pushed to the other end of the rotative screen and at the same time the material with dimensions smaller than the desired ones are getting expelled throughout the openings..



Trommels are very efficient machines and they guarantee a very good uniformity to the material to be screened.
